This Site describes House Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move Out Cleaning, Move In Cleaning, Residential Cleaning, Maid Service, Cleaning Company, Cleaning Service provided by The Wright Cleaning Service Plus. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://thewrightcleaningserviceplus.com is the property of The Wright Cleaning Service Plus or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, The Wright Cleaning Service Plus's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify The Wright Cleaning Service Plus against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under FL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in FL for any related dispute.
